I specialize in working with individuals with special needs, especially those on the autism
spectrum. I strive to create a safe, structured, and supportive environment where clients
feel accepted and understood—whether that’s helping children build emotional regulation
skills, supporting teens with social challenges, or guiding families through the complexities
of a diagnosis. I also work with children ages 5 and up, meeting each one where they are
developmentally and helping them build coping tools and confidence in a warm, engaging
way.
In addition, I support women who are navigating anxiety, depression, or significant life
transitions such as changes in relationships, motherhood, career, identity, or faith. I
provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where we can explore the roots of
emotional distress together, develop healthy coping strategies, and work toward renewed
purpose and stability. My goal is to empower each client, helping them feel grounded and
equipped to move forward with clarity and confidence.
